CHICKEN DRUMSTICK
Ingredients for the filling:
• 400g chicken (breast, thigh and on thigh)
• 2 liters of water for cooking
• 1 garlic clove, crushed to cook chicken
• Salt to taste
 olive oil to taste (for sautéing)
1 chopped onion
• 1 tomato peeled and seeded
• Other dry seasonings to taste
• 1 spoon (soup) of chopped parsley
Prepare the filling: Cook the chicken without the skin in water with garlic and salt. Let cool and shred the processor using the pulse button. Book one liter of chicken broth to the dough. In a pan with oil and oil, saute onion, tomatoes, crushed garlic with salt and seasoning ready. Turn off the heat, put the chopped parsley and stir.
TIP: Fry in hot oil and let running. If you want you can make the filling of meat, or vegetables (for those with vegetarian diet).

Preparation Instructions:
