CURD WITHOUT CHEESE

CURD WITHOUT CHEESE
ingredients
• 1 and 1/4 cup of cassava (manioc) well done
• 1 and 1/2 cup cooking water
• 1/2 cup flour (can be replaced by fresh flour in minor amount)
Salt
• 3 or 4 tablespoons olive oil (or oil)
Method of preparation
1. Hit the cassava with the cooking water in a blender.
2. Add the flour, salt and oil and beat for a few minutes (the dough is not easy to beat).
3. Transfer to a saucepan, place over low heat and stir until it boils.
4. Pass a container and allow to cool. Store in the refrigerator.
