PUDDING CHIA

PUDDING CHIA

ingredients:
• 2 tablespoons of chia seed soup
• 150 ml vegetable milk (coconut, rice, sunflower, yams, almonds, etc.)
• fruit of your choice (strawberry, banana, blackberry, mango, pomegranate, papaya, etc.)
• 2 tablespoons gluten-free granola soup (or cereal of your choice)

Preparation:
At night before bedtime moisturise chia seed in the vegetable milk, put in a glass container with a lid and mix well. This step is super important because if she will not stay afloat and will not pick up the gel = pudding texture. Refrigerate until the next day.
