Ice Cream Chocolate Super Creamy:

- 8 pitted dates left to soak in 1/4 cup water;

- 2 ripe medium avocados;

- 1/2 cup tapioca glucose yoki or agave nectar;

- 200 ml of coconut milk;

- 5 tablespoons of cocoa powder soup SG / SL

- 2 tablespoons of sugar vanille tea or vanillin (found in hardware stores for confectionery) or vanilla extract.


Way of doing:

1 Beat the dates with water in a blender. Add the other ingredients and mix until a uniform cream.

2. Download this cream for ice cream and beat for half an hour. Wanting a more consistent, light cream in the freezer for 3 hours.

Note: If you do not have an ice cream maker, you can serve as an ice cream.
