Ice cream flakes Surprise:

- 4 average Japanese yams and boiled

- 500 ml of homemade coconut milk (must be home not to leave like coconut and coconut have to be, because fat is what helps give creaminess to ice cream)

- 2/3 cup sugar or the replacement

- 1 teaspoon of vanilla soup

- 100 g semisweet chocolate gluten-free milk and chopped


Way of doing:

1 Beat the ingredients in a blender, less chocolate. Take the refrigerator for 3 hours.

2nd Place this mixture in ice cream and beat for 30 minutes. Meanwhile melt the chocolate in the microwave. Place for 30 seconds, stir and check if you need more time, no more than 30 seconds.

3 In the last 5 minutes of operation of the ice cream, go pouring the melted chocolate slowly. It will harden with the temperature of the ice cream and form flakes. Place in the freezer to finish hardening.
